Things to know.....

This action is ILLEGAL. By LAW YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO CHOOSE the collision repair shop of your choice. Sharp Auto Body meets all the requirements and criteria for all insurance companies. GAS SAVING TIPS FOR ALL OUR CLIENTS: 1. Keep your tires inflated to their maximum pressure. This helps the car roll easier with less drag. It is also better for your tires. 2. Fill up your gas tank early in the week, the price of gas goes up at the end of the week and stays up for the weekend when useage is greater. 3. Keep your gas tank as full as possible as often as possible. Believe it or not gas evaporates, the more space in your tank the more room it has to evaporate. 4. Plan your route with RIGHT turns and as many stops or errands per trip as possible. UPS was able to save over $3,000,000 worth of gas annually by planning their drivers routes with more right hand turns. It eliminates the drivers from having to wait to turn left. 5. Avoid jack rabbit starts. The majority of poor gas mileage comes from getting your car up to speed. The knucklehead who rides your bumper from a stoplight or passes you only to be waiting at the next stoplight just burned up a ton of gas to get no further than you. 6. Keep your windows rolled up. Your car was designed to be aerodynamic to reduce as much wind drag as possible. Opening your windows is like throwing out little parachutes to catch air. Your car will be more fuel efficient with the windows up and the air conditioning on than it will be with the windows down.

WINTER SURVIVAL KIT FOR YOUR CAR... Use an empty three pound coffee can or any similar container with a plastic cover to store the following items: * Small candles & matches which can be used to melt snow for additional drinking water. * Red bandanna & plastic whistle to alert rescuers to your location. * Pencil & paper. * First Aid kit. * Two large plastic garbage bags, safety pins (bags are for insulation for feet, safety pins keep the bags together). Snacks for energy, such as candy bars. Plastic flashlight & spare batteries. Some other items that you should carry include gloves or mittens, winter boots, a blanket, jumper cables, a basic toolbox, shovel, bag of sand or other grit for traction, tow cable or chain, road flares and reflectors. You could also consider an extra set of dry clothing or a snowmobile suit.
